I was the lead designer and the main owner of the event’s visual identity. I created the first approved key visual, built the template system for production, and handled the most critical deliverables, including original concepts, motion assets, and 3D stage/booth applications. I also created reusable templates and handed them off to junior designers to scale production while keeping the system consistent.

Career City Fest required high-volume production under tight deadlines, across many touchpoints: social content, large-format print, screens, and multiple venue zones. The identity needed to feel technological and energetic, stay readable at scale, and remain consistent even when content changed daily.

I built a modular system with clear hierarchy rules so the key visual could generate dozens of formats quickly, and multiple designers could produce assets without breaking consistency.

The final identity was deployed across the entire event experience - outdoor campaign placements, venue zones, stage screens, booths, and printed navigation. Seeing the system hold up in real life (distance, lighting, crowd movement, fast updates) was a key success metric for this project.
