I created the complete visual identity for CCF 2025—designing the main key visual, 3D stage structures (main stage, secondary stage, media zone), social media template system, and all motion graphics including opening videos and event navigation animations. Working within the established CCF brand, I developed a fresh design language that made this edition distinct. I supervised one junior designer and delegated templated production work (badges, certificates, scaled social posts) while personally handling all original designs, 3D work, and animations. 8-month timeline with intense final days leading up to the event.

Career City Fest's scale demands high-volume production across every touchpoint: social content, large-format print, screens, and multiple venue zones. With 150+ companies and daily content updates, the challenge wasn't just creating the designs—it was structuring a system that freed my time from repetitive production work to focus on high-impact deliverables like 3D stages and motion graphics that external vendors quoted at significant cost.

I built a modular template system with clear brand rules, hired a junior designer, and partnered with an external team to handle quantity-based production (scaled social posts, badges, certificates). This automated repetitive work and freed me to focus exclusively on original design, 3D spatial work, and motion graphics—work that was previously outsourced. The result: higher quality output, faster turnaround, and significant cost savings for the company.

Designed three spatial zones in Blender: Main Stage, Growth Zone, and Media Zone. The work was technical—exact measurements, lighting specs, LED screen placement and sizing. These weren't just visual concepts but production-ready blueprints that determined feasibility before construction. The final structures were built exactly as designed.

The identity deployed across the entire event—outdoor placements, venue zones, stage screens, booths, and navigation. Seeing the designs come to life, especially the 3D structures built exactly as designed, and watching 15,000+ people experience the work was the ultimate validation. The branding stayed consistent across every touchpoint.
